It is time to do some exercise guys and girls, I believe you all don't have do exercise quite a long period a time. Get up butt and do some exercise. Today, our Judah 1 have our sport meet in UQ field. Actually, i not suppose to be here playing sport with them, i should be having ushering meeting at church office. hehe...
